The band seems to go fine!
Slow and steady as it's should be!!!
Once we complete and the 4th track we re thinking to do a live session recording even without the vocals.
I would say the whole project comes up as a mixture of Rammstein and Paradise lost which to my ears sounds really exciting!Heavy Guitar and Bass sound,lot's of double pedal from the drums and finally lot's of melodies and sound effects through the pre recorded keyboard/Synthy session!!!!
All it's missing at the moment is the Vocals to complete the tracks and the line up of course!
So far there were 4 people responded to our adverts but non of them turned up unfortunately.
I just don't understand people's way of thinking sometimes.
When I'm looking for something (join a band) the first think i want to know is the sort of music they play and the distance between my home and the studio the band is rehearsing.That simple and easy to take a decision! Well,it seems people either don't want or can't think this way for some reason.
One of them had to drive for about an hour to come to the rehearsal which later made him think it's not going to work out,the other one the day of the rehearsal decided that is not his sort of thing,the 3rd one just never turned up and never informed us and finally the 4th one found another job and had not much time for the band which is understandable and much appreciated!
In other words only 1 out of 4 turned up having a common sense.
Come on guys.....any Vocalist out there near Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas?
